FAQs

Breast

How long is the recovery for Breast Augmentation?

We recommend one week off work and arm movement needs to be be limited for the first three days. You do not want to raise your arms above your head and do not want to lift/pull anything over 10 pounds for the first week. You do not want to do any chest exercises for 4-6 weeks after surgery. A person should be able to resume normal activities after one week.
