Methods of payment accepted
We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Payment for surgery is to be made in full 2 weeks prior to the surgery for the surgeon fee.
The Facility fee and Anesthesiologist fee are paid morning of surgery.
The Chattanooga Surgery Center accepts cash, certified check from the bank and all major credit cards. The Anesthesiologist at Chattanooga Surgery Center accepts cash, certified check from the bank, Visa, and MarsterCard. The anesthesiologists do not accept Discover or American Express. For all other facilities please contact them directly to see payment options.
